Blood Cancer UK Clinical Trials Support Service referral

Jane, Rachel and Lynne are nurse advisors experienced in blood cancers and clinical trials. They provide personalised support around understanding if clinical trials are available and could be right for you. They can also support you through your clinical trial journey.

If you'd like to get in touch, please complete the referral form below.

Once you 'Click to submit' at the end of the form you will be taken to another page where you can book a telephone/zoom appointment to speak to one of the nurse advisors.

If you do not wish to book an appointment, please continue to complete and submit the form below and one of the nurse advisors will email you within 2 working days.
